Adult Dance & Fitness Classes at Evolutions School of Dance are meant to be fun, motivating, and a great to way to maintain or get into shape. Various styles and session lengths are available for a variety of interests! Week day classes during the lunch hour are shorter in length to accommodate a variety of schedules and needs!
Piyo is a dynamic music driven, athletic workout that strengthens, stretches and tones inspired by yoga and pilates for all fitness levels. We offer modifications for the group exercise environment, yet offers exercise progressions to challenge all fitness levels. This is a class for every one!!

Adult Barre Fitness
This ballet based workout will strengthen, tighten, and sculpt. A whole body workout, this class is open to everyone, of all ages and abilities! No dance experience required!
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
This is a group-focused cardio-conditioning and total-body strength-training class. HIIT classes are designed for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. Instructors work closely with participants to modify exercises, showing them progressions and regressions so everyone is challenged. And they definitely get results! Adult Yoga Flow
In this invigorating, faster paced class we will flow through sequences incorporating breath with movement. We will build strength, flexibility and mental focus while we create space in our bodies and minds.
Adult Dance Combo (Beginner Level)
Have you always wanted to have a go at ballet, jazz or hip hop? This 8 week beginner level dance combo class will give participants a taste of various dance genres, in a fun and supportive environment, and will definitely burn calories and work up a sweat! No experience is required! Dance styles include: ballet, jazz, hip hop, & lyrical.
