Adult Dance & Fitness Classes at Evolutions School of Dance are meant to be fun, motivating, and a great to way to maintain or get into shape. Numerous styles and session lengths are available for a variety of interests! It’s never too late to start dancing OR to get back into the studio!

Adult Lyrical Jazz for the Experienced Dancer

Are you a former dancer who is longing to dance again? Walk, pique or jete your way into the studio and let our experienced faculty help you build stamina, endurance and confidence. Classes will progress at a rate that allows you to grow in strength and refine your technique, with movement and combinations becoming more complex over the session. Adult Fitness: PIYO1520038196127

Piyo is a dynamic music driven, athletic workout that strengthens, stretches and tones inspired by yoga and pilates for all fitness levels. We offer modifications for the group exercise environment, yet offers exercise progressions to challenge all fitness levels. This is a class for every one!!

Adult Fitness: Core de Force

It’s an empowering, core-focused workout, inspired by the highest-octane sport in the world—mixed martial arts. MMA-Inspired Combinations: Broken into 3-minute rounds of punching, kicking, and jabbing, these Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai moves blast fat, strengthen the core, and define your abs. This is a workout for every BODY at every fitness level.

Adult Barre Fitness

This ballet based workout will strengthen, tighten, and sculpt. A whole body workout, this class is open to everyone, of all ages and abilities! No dance experience required!

 

Adult Dance Fitness

Have you always wanted to have a go at ballet, jazz or hip hop? This 8 week beginner level dance combo class will give participants a taste of various dance genres, in a fun and supportive environment, and will definitely burn calories and work up a sweat! No experience is required! Dance styles include: ballet, jazz, hip hop, & lyrical.

Adult Intermediate Ballet Classes

Our Adult Ballet classes are based on the styles and techniques of Cecchetti Canada. Available for Intermediate level dancers ages 16+ (previous ballet experience is required), dancers will continue to develop, enhance and expand on their ballet technique

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

This is a group-focused cardio-conditioning and total-body strength-training class. HIIT classes are designed for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. Instructors work closely with participants to modify exercises, showing them progressions and regressions so everyone is challenged. And they definitely get results!
